This policy applies to all subscription services purchased directly from The AI Media Centre. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New Subscribers: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date.

To qualify for our 14-day guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be made within 14 days of your first payment
  • This applies to first-time subscribers only
  • You must have engaged with our onboarding process
  • Your account must be in good standing (no abuse of services)

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your client portal dashboard
  • Emailing theaimediacentre@gmail.com
  • Contacting our support team via WhatsApp

3.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You retain access to all services until your subscription period ends
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then securely deleted

3.3 No Partial Refunds

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Your service continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Eligible for Refund

  • First-time subscribers within 14 days (satisfaction guarantee)
  • Services not delivered as described
  • Significant service disruption caused by us
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Charges after valid cancellation

4.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Partial month usage after cancellation
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed website builds)
  • Change of mind after the 14-day period
  • Failure to use purchased services
  • Third-party fees (domain registrations, external services)

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Your bank may take 5-10 additional business days to reflect the refund

6.2 Refund Amount

Refunds are issued in the amount originally charged. We cannot refund more than the original transaction amount. Currency conversion differences are not refundable.

7. Annual Subscriptions

If you have paid for an annual subscription:

  • The 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to annual plans
  • After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
  • You may cancel at any time, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period
  • Your service continues until the annual period ends

8. Upgrades and Downgrades

8.1 Upgrades

When you upgrade your subscription, the price difference is charged immediately on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of your billing period.

8.2 Downgrades

When you downgrade, the new price takes effect at your next billing date. No refunds are issued for the current period, and you retain access to your current tier's features until the period ends.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Please note: Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge is considered fraud and may result in account termination and collection proceedings.

10. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including:

  • A 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases
  • The right to receive services as described
  • The right to a remedy if services are not performed with reasonable care and skill

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
