Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by The AI Media Centre (“we”, “us”, “our”) through theaimediacentre.com. By purchasing or using any of our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide trade websites, AI receptionist systems, missed-call text-back, lead generation, review automation, campaigns, and video content under the brand name AIMC Lead Machine™.

2. Pricing & Billing

All plans are billed on a rolling monthly basis. There is no fixed-term contract.

Setup fees are payable on the Growth, Local Hero and Machine plans as stated at checkout. Setup fees are charged once, at the start of service.

Pricing note: All prices exclude VAT.

3. Free Demo

We will build a working demo of your website free of charge before you pay anything. You are under no obligation to proceed after viewing the demo. No payment details are taken until you decide to go live.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing theaimediacenter@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

5. Refunds

If your demo has not been delivered, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Once a demo has been delivered, fees for that billing period are non-refundable.

6. 7-Day Launch Guarantee

If we fail to deliver your demo within 7 working days of receiving your content, the setup fee is refunded in full. This guarantee applies to the setup fee only and begins when we have received all content reasonably required to build your demo (text, images, logos, access credentials).

7. Website Ownership

After 24 consecutive monthly payments, ownership of the website we built for you transfers to you. This includes the website files, design and content. Hosting, domain and any third-party service subscriptions remain your responsibility after transfer.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of all text, images, videos and other materials you provide to us. By providing content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering your service.

9. Fair Deal Promise

  • ✓No contracts — every plan is rolling monthly. You stay because it works, not because you’re locked in.
  • ✓No auto-renewal traps — you stay because you want to, not because you forgot to cancel.
  • ✓No hidden add-ons — the price you see is the price you pay (plus VAT).
  • ✓Cancel with one email — send a single email to theaimediacenter@gmail.com and you’re done.
  • ✓Free demo before payment — we build your site demo at no cost so you can see exactly what you’re getting before you spend a penny.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services we provide is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
